Welcome to Weekend Design – step into The World of Aura Cercel, a visionary creator whose journey through the realms of design is as vibrant and multifaceted as the gardens she crafts. With a successful career in fashion spanning from 2000 to 2016, Aura gained recognition for her innovative designs and keen sense of style, establishing herself as a trailblazer in the industry. Her artistic flair and eye for aesthetics laid the foundation for a seamless transition into the world of landscape design.
In 2016, Aura decided to broaden her horizons and dove into interior design, where she transformed living spaces into luxurious retreats. However, it was her deep-rooted love for nature that ultimately guided her to a new calling. In 2021, she embraced the art of landscape design, finding immense fulfillment in creating breathtaking gardens that harmonize with the beauty of the natural world.

Aura's Journey
Aura begins her professional journey in fashion design in Paris, having graduated from the prestigious ESMOD college (École Supérieure des Arts et Métiers de la Mode, founded 1841).
The luxury clothing brand EVA CULTURE is born. Founded as a tribute to femininity, it celebrates timeless elegance.
Aura becomes the first Romanian fashion designer to be featured on the Oscars red carpet. The collection is worn by actress Ahna O'Reilly.
Designing California’s Most Distinguished Outdoor Spaces
Today, Aura works with the rich and famous across Los Angeles, Malibu, and Montecito, crafting enchanting outdoor spaces that reflect the individuality and sophistication of her clients. Partnering closely with some of the top-awarded architects in Los Angeles, Aura merges her design sensibilities with architectural brilliance, resulting in stunning landscapes that are both functional and breathtakingly beautiful.
Every garden she creates is a tribute to her passion for nature and her understanding of how outdoor environments enhance the human experience. Aura believes that working in nature is not only rewarding but is also an essential part of creating spaces where people can find solace and joy.
